If your home church meets in your home, then driving and fuel costs are not an issue. Most house churches have several families and some driving is therefore required. So, the saying: "Save gas, worship at home" doesn't always work. LOL.
I was thinking about planning a house church gathering next summer at a state park in Tennessee or Virginia. Now I cannot help but wonder if most Americans will be driving less and less. Some are having to spend a day's wages just to fill up.
