That is an interesting concession for an atheist and Communist dictator. I wonder what are his reasons for limiting the group size to 15 persons? We may never know. But it is apparent that the Holy Spirit is contending with him.

Hi All!

This reminds me of Proverbs 21:1 "The king's heart is in the hand of the LORD, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will."

Even the heart of an atheist dictator is in the hand of the Lord and is turned wherever HE desires to turn it!

What an awesome God!

BTW, what if our governments, here in Canada and the States outlawed church buildings but permitted gatherings of up to 15 people in homes??? Wouldn't it revolutionize the operation of the church? Should we pray for a few more "Castros"?
