Many users don't have hi-speed internet. Most have a short attention span when it comes to looking for and finding specific info at a particular web site.
Now and then, we divide a post which has become too long or wanders way off topic. Hope you understand.
I am dividing a long post right now which underwent a major topic change. This should just take minutes and not hours. If you see a post which is "locked" it's just temporary. Go ahead and compose your reply, then just post or paste it in later.
All forums and all other topics are open and ready for your use asap.
