I currently alternate between attending two house churches, one in Dover Delaware, and the other in Swedesborough New Jersey. I believe God wants to see a new one started in the Claymont/Wilmington Delaware area. Below is a link to my website providing additional information about the new group:
Writing from Virginia. Read some of your postings on truthseeker and was just wondering if I could ask you a few questions? I liked your article about the differences between traditional churches and house churches--a very fair treatment, imo. Probably the fairest assessment I've ever seen coming from someone who home churches.
Thanks for the uplifting comments. Let me know how I can help you. House churches still need to make sure they are completely following the Bible and not just reacting to the shortcomings of traditional church. Seeking Jesus in prayer helps us draw closer to him so he can teach us his ways.
God is planting the seeds for Delaware house church in the hearts of more people as time passes. We seek a deeper fullness of Christ and closer relationships with one another as we practice New Testament Christianity and turn away from the doctrines of men as Christ leads the way. The body of Christ that operates more like a family tends to possess more of an organic church format. I explain this and other biblical concepts on my new blog located at http://deorganicchurch.hubpages.com/
