I'm an American teaching English in Incheon. I haven't found the fellowship I ache for, so I've thought, "Let's see what God can gather if I'm open to it." I've found some good things here, like the idea that each believer's home should be a fully functioning church. That's something I can really sink my teeth into!

Hi so how is it going in the land of sticky rice? I see that the volume of traffic is low on this board so far, but then once things get fired up in a local home Church it is probable that the use of the board drops or this is just not kicking in yet. I think that a new move is under way and this is the seed that was planted.

Howdy! I've left Korea temporarily -- come back to the states. My daughter is having a baby in August.
I'll be back in Korea in the fall.
God's up to something interesting is all I can say. I formed an interesting bond with the pastor at my church back in the states, but my daughter got evicted from my home (where I'd left her) and moved out of the parish. I thought, "Well, goodbye Pastor Mike!" Then my dad told me that Pastor Mike had left the parish. I REALLy thought, "Well, goodbye Pastor Mike!" But when I got home my daughter said she had a surprise for me -- Pastor Mike has moved to a church right near them! So I'll see him tomorrow. He has knowledge, and often has great wisdom, but he lacks the faith to follow up with it. Whereas I have the faith but lack wisdom and knowledge. I think we're good for each other.
So, I'll be praying and see what God does in the upcoming months.
