We are Independent church in Kazan, Russia. Since 1996 we pray and seek God's will and plans about His church and He reveal us them. It is wonderful to see how God makes same churches with same principals and same mindset in different parts of the Earth without any person or organisation in center. We read out this pluralty-of-elders, Christ-in-center, Body-not-organisation directly from Bible this principals and were very encouraged to see same insights in His children all over the World. Our community is home-based. We have some home churches in different homes of the city. Some of them big and rapidly growing, some are small and prayer concentred. Some of them gather daily, and some gather just once in the week or two. We just leave this all to the Spirit of God, believing that He will lead us better than we could lead ourselves. So these home churches appear spontaneously when God inspire somebody to open his/her house for this meetings. We have plurality of elders. And these elders are not official, but they are people who ALREADY have some authority in the church.
