"White man come on big silver bird," one of our excited natives exclaimed. :-P

Seriously, the company of Thomas and Lucy brought us much delight. We rarely encounter a couple so intent on following the Lord - whatever, wherever, whenever He leads.

We enjoyed many hours of conversations, singing, touring, praying, table tennis, tennis, guitars, piano, and flute. Even a few good laughs - the kind of fun which usually accompanies a holiday weekend.

Thomas is presently at a crossroads on his career path. Let's pray for him as he applies his gifts and knocks on a few doors. He possesses the rare ability to translate English into Chinese and vice versa. Lucy holds several degrees and appears to be settling into teaching piano. Thomas, I might also add, is a graphic designer.

Well, I see that Thomas and Lucy have safely returned to Palo Alto, now. I hope that you can someday make their personal acquaintance. You'll be a richer person for it.
