I need prayer for myself and many at our church that are being spiritually abused. We all want to leave, we have prayed about this for years,and TRIED to talk to our pastor without any results. We need prayer for the courage to leave,and hopefully that it wont be a messy situation. we are all so dead spiritually due all the junk going on in our church we just cant take anymore!!!!!!!!!!!

This just shows that you have a "true" heart of worship. Although, we need to submit to our pastor, there are pastors out there who are out of the will of God. It's different to just disagree about a particular thing, but when it is abuse of any kind, this needs to be brought to God in prayer. There are pastors in the last days that the bible talks about in Ezekial 34. Jesus also stated that my sheep know my voice and no other voice will they follow. Lets pray for the pastor, but lets listen to the leading of God's spirit.
