I still haven't figured out what happened in my own childhood. I missed most of my adult life going to school or being on call. My children came and went before I could have a meaningful conversation with them about life.
My wife works nights and I think she is going to Honduras soon. My best freind lives in Montana. Most of my close relationships are with animals, both wild and domestic, here on the farm. In short, I suffer from a lack of handy people with whom to share the milestones in my life.
