I see that you. brother, have been involved with a life-sized tabernacle display. Wow.
Look at all these occurances of the word 'cunning'and 'curious.' And see how the filling of the Spirit of Jehovah enabled the construction workers, especially the foremen. ;-)

Let's do all we do - even "artsie" things - for the Lord and show forth the beauties of holiness! Ps 110:3 Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.
Talking about order and beauty...the Tabernacle is just full of order and design in the colors, materials and construction that speaks so clearly of Christ and of believers who are made members in His Body.
Years ago, I'd often read all the dimensions etc given in Exodus 25-40 but never really understood what it looked like till I heard a brother give ministry on the Tabernacle using a large model of it. A visual presentation is a tremendous help to see how all the parts are related.
I speak to folks on our tours about the Tabernacle being a family picture. Just as most of us look for ourselves whenever we see a family picture for the first time, so I encourage folks to see if they can see themselves in the family picture in the Tabernacle!

I have been reading in the Old Testament and reading just how beautiful the temple in the wilderness was and also Solomon's temple. How beautiful it would be to see what the High Priest wore, it sounds colorful and very beautiful. My understanding is that the High Priest'sutfit was made out of blue and had these beautiful gems set in gold. And also the top of the ark of the covenant was a solid slab of gold. Now that is neat! And you could go on and on. You know God was not boring, the temples were beautiful.
I live in Orlando and they have the Holy Land Experience here. I've never been to it. I'd like to take my son there for school, I home school and I thought it might be a nice spiritual learning experience for him.
