That's the Realtor's term for a property which is "for sale by owner." Get it? Obviously, this is a growing trend. Obviously, Realtors don't much care for fisbos.

Of course there is. The organizations don't get a cut of your money if you church your self. Neither do they get to control you. Every wonder why their main interest is growth? It couldn't have anything to do with money and power could it?
