Hi Bob Bowen - the Denver Bronco Fan... We have an old Emerson Fan here,
and it continues to move a lot of hot air.. ha!

You post information's on a <gathering of house church leaders>...

Tell us a little about this please... in your own words... Let's stir the
air together... <smile> Air things out is good! O;>)

I suppose I need assurance - somewhat - that this isn't one of those
attempts at "organizing <insert booming voice> The House Church Movement"...

A residual carry-over from the <insert booming voice> the Charismatic
Movement... whereby so many would be Office Holders of Leadership Status
would hear from God and then carry it to the "grunts of the fold", w/ that
fold to be seen as underlings - sort of a new improved modification of top
to down supervisory/management capacity type dealee...

I assure you Bob, that I understand very well that God has leadership in His
church, and our understanding of His leadership is to be embraced and
admired... leadership meeting is NOT a bad thing, in the exchange of
fellowshipping together and drawing all the more closely w/ Christ Jesus...
I would be a strong advocate and encourager of brethren sharing in just
about all settings where Christ Jesus is seen as Singular Head... and if
you have any doubt of my sincerity, please feel free to ask any question of
me you like... We all need and benefit w/ accountability... I believe that
to be the nt church way and safeguard... okay?

Yet I was around in those former days of the Shepherding Movement... What
may have begun w/ the sweetest and sincerest of motivations... broke down
rather quickly w/ dark and demonic overtones... of which we still to this
day are experiencing fallout in sheep abuse - as names of reputation, and
ministry was hacked, and have become "twice the sons of hell" as they became
"slave owners"... and reaping what they sow - they too are slaves to their
own insatiable appetites, whose god is their bellies...

Now these are intended as strong words... and again... this may NOT start
nor end in similar disasters... But history needs to be seen, so as to NOT
slip into duplications...

Any thoughts Bob?

PS: If you actual attend Bob - a report is encouraged... If led... and I
thank you...
