Wow - I am trying hard to see a difference between what is listed here and  
the requirements for being on staff at the IC I recently left.  I think of  
the 8 expectations they got 1 right - and that one is really the only one  
that matters - God's expectations for an overseer as listed in 1 Timothy.

Perhaps they should rename the document "Covenent for Less-than-Simple,  
not quite as legalistic as the IC but trying hard to get there Church  
Overseers in New Heart Community"
