House Church Talk - Is repentance neccessary?

I speak with a solemn caution.  Warning.  If you do not  believe in 
repentance, don't continue to read-conviction may occur.  "for  those who have ears to 
hear, let him hear"
I would prefer to speak words of joy.  However my heart is heavy with  
conviction.
Some questions:
If sin is not being repented of, is repentance neccessary?
If the church is promoting biblical sins as if they were no longer sins, is  
repentance neccessary?
If the signs of impending judgement are occuring through out America, is  
repentance neccessary?
If the church would rather follow after the lust of the fleash to win  people 
over, instead of following Jesus Christ for Him to convert people  over, is 
repentance neccessary?
If the church would rather follow after the lust of the eyesto win people  
over, instead of following Jesus Christ for Him to convert people over, is  
repentance neccessary?
If the church would rather follow after the pride of lifeto win people  over, 
instead of following Jesus Christ for Him to convert people over, is  
repentance neccessary?
If the church would rather love the world first before loving the Lord  Jesus 
Christ, is repentance neccessary?
 
As for judgement: "You shall know them by their fruits"
 
Jesus said: "If any man come after me, let him deny himself, take up his  
cross, and follow me"
 
In the old testament, concerning impending judgment, and judgment already  
occuring a promise is given: "If my people, which are called by my name, shall  
humble themselves, turn from their wicked ways pray and seek my face, than I  
will hear from heaven and forgive them of their sins, and heal their land"
 
Reproof, rebuke, and exhortation.
 
My prayer:
My Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, cause a true repentance of  true Holy 
Spirit Conviction both within me, and the rest of the church in  this country.  
Help me to deny myself, take up my cross, and follow after  You alone, oh Lord 
Jesus Christ!!!  Take this heart of stone, calloused by  the buildup of sins 
constantly turned back too-like a dog to it vomit, and give  me a heart of fleash 
yeilded to Your Holy spirit.  Forgive us oh Lord, of  spurning your Holy 
Spirit when you convict us!!!  We don't fear you like we  should Lord Jesus 
Christ!!!  Oh Jesus, we need to be a church that is  preparing herself to be 
spotless, without spot or wrinkle!!!  Jesus, turn  our hearts and our churches from 
the sin of having a form of religion but  denying You as its source of power!!! 
 Jesus, be the Lord of our  lives!!!
 
I don't have very many words any more.  Jesus wants us to obey rather  than 
sacrifice.
 
All I am going to say is "repent"!!!
