RJ - I work in the water industry, per se.  Wastewater.

So, what I see is this.  A fine stream can become a filthy stream not worthy
of being seen with only a very small input from a wastewater discharge.

Isn't it interesting how perspective changes a person's point of view?    I
see water from a totally different point of view.  I do a lot of white water
rafting and such.  Therefore I see water as mostly clean, pristine and full
of power.     When I think of water, I normally don't think of wastewater
discharge.  :)
