Sound Words

 

Hold fast the form of sound words . . . 2 Timothy 1.13

The editor of Sound Words has a deep-seated and inextinguishable interest and concern for the testimony of our Lord Jesus Christ and his body, the ekklesia. Since there is only one body, and since God has made all who are partakers of his saving grace in Christ to be members of that one body, we have a vital interest in all who belong to our Lord. After all, we're family!

We hope to live up to our name, by publishing sound words; words that will prove to be pure, wholesome and healthy. Our desire is to publish articles which will challenge us to re-examine our traditional way of thinking in the light of God's word as found in the inspired scriptures.

At the same time we are ever so mindful that we do not have the "final word." In light of this fact, we would challenge you to imitate the noble-minded Bereans who "searched the scriptures daily, to see whether these things are so." Your feed-back is welcome.

Editor Glyn Taylor has been a commercial airline pilot since 1968 and resides in Pleasanton, Texas with his wife, Li Ling.
