House Church Talk - Urgent prayer for healing

What you say is fine, David, as long as you still realize that sometime
God's answer to the healing is "no". You can rebuke, "speak healing, take
authority, all you want, but sometime the answer is still "No". What I
don't like is when we think our formulas are fail proof and we worship them
instead of God. . I have seen some of the godliest folks in the world pray
and pray, and seek and seek, for healing for their teenage son dying of
cystic fibrosis, or a husband with liver cancer. But the answer was still
"No". However, let me add that the way the Lord healed the surviving
families was nothing short of a miracle. They glow with the power and love
of God....and still have great hope....and still consider it a privilege to
pray for others who ask for healing....that too is a miracle. Even though
the answer was "No".....they have prevailed.

To be sure, like your examples show, there is a lot of manipulation
(witchcraft) in medicine and sometimes the doctors are truly wrong about
something. Pray about everything. And let's hope Jennifer gets her touch
from God !
