House Church Talk - Could someone who knows what this is explain to me what is this visualize christ practice?

Thank you Phillip for another explanation.  I guess the substance of
the explanation is the same as the substance you mentioned earlier,
but to say it again gives me another chance to digest the explanation.

If you are fine with me not having that desire, then we're kool.  To
me, the fullness is in the reality.  The reality is clearly expressed
and comes to me from the Word of God - the Bible.  The reality
comprises the things said about Jesus Christ my Lord and Saviour, such
as Is53, 2Cor5:21, Ro5:1, Ro8:1-6 and many more words in the Bible.  I
don't even think in visions concerning people I know.  My wife, for
instance, to me is a wonderful lady, and I think about the reality of
her limbs (no, she is not like a tree...), and ... and then I think of
her ways, her fun... you get the picture.  I know here physically and
anticipate the time together with her.  I don't think of a vision of
her - unless you see these things as a vision of her.  And then it is
the same vision I have of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour in the
verses I gave.

So, maybe I know a bit of visualizing?  Perhaps in a less artistic manner?
