Really, I don't think this is the case.  As I would view the brothers
there (on "EDG"), there are two general camps--ones seeking to raise up
overseers by means of thorough-going scriptural obedience (and typically
in the context of patriarchal families, intimate relationships, and open,
Spirit-led meetings generally in homes), and those seeking to paste an
"eldership" onto the exisiting structure of an institutional church.
