Notable and Technical House Church Book

This is the latest edition - the recent 3rd edition - of an important house church book. I am waiting on my own copy to arrive and will share a few blurbs from the publisher. I am eager to see what the author has changed or added, since the original book appeared about 40 years ago. I see that many of the chapters were renamed as well as the book itself.

Book jacket., This highly readable investigation of the early church explores the revolutionary nature, dynamics, and effects of the earliest Christian communities. Now updated and revised throughout.

My main issue with the previous editions was that the prominent author refers to the so called pastoral epistles as not genuine. Most scholars don't either, I am aware. But why are we even having this conversation is these letters are fake and thus have zero binding authority?
