Remember Kenya
What a joy to see Onesmas Riungu arriving here! As you can see by his words he has a great Kingdom vision for his homeland and for those beyond, too.
For many years, I overlooked the fact that many of the early church fathers came from Africa. Therefore, Christianity is not exactly "white man's religion", as some would say.
But now in Kenya there is a massive food and water shortage. And even political unrest.
Onesmas, would you please reply to this post and tell us more about your ministry? And how that we can support your work with prayers and gifts. Do you have a PayPal or Zelle address?
This short video - what is your opinion of it? Are 1 in 3 children actually suffering from serious malnutrition?

Thank you for your kind and encouraging words. Yes, indeed, the needs are many—especially among some of the disciples who live in arid and semi-arid regions where life is incredibly tough. My heart is continually burdened for them.
I would truly love to collaborate with brothers and sisters on this platform who share a deep burden for Africa. The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few—and so are the resources. I have tried to initiate a few agribusiness projects as a way of empowering disciples and communities, but I’ve come to realize that I cannot do this alone.
We are one body in Christ, joined together by His precious blood. It is only in unity that we can fulfill the great commission and meet the pressing needs of the saints. I believe that together—through prayer, wisdom, and shared resources—we can raise sustainable Kingdom solutions for Africa.

I thank the Almighty to be in fellowship with you, my brother afar.
Years ago, eager house church leaders would point to all the funds that would be "released for ministry and missions". Because millions of Christians had "opted out" and joined the "simple church movement".
Wonder exactly where all those millions for missions dollars went? God knows.
We can only give an account for own selves and our own stewardship .
What is certain is that Jesus cared for the poor and made them a high priority. As also did the Apostles.
Do we?
