Thank you for sharing your story. When thinking about the things of Christ, my mind often turns to spiritual things. Yours is a good reminder that God also cares for our physical needs too ("Give us this day our daily bread"). Thank you.

Over the last year, I have often thought about how God cares for "strangers" and the "sojourner". Peter refers to Christians as "sojourners and exiles" (1 Peter 2:11). Glory be to God that we are all equal in His sight, and that He loves us so much that not only did He offer His Son to pay for our sin so that we can live with Him eternally, but also that He oversees our daily activities closely enough to get us safely to a Christian camp for a new water pump and timing belt.
