  • The Almighty always seeks our best interest. To bless us - not to burden us. Praise his name. Thus the Sabbath was made for us - not us for it. It was intended not just to be a blessing but a delight.

    God knew our lives would enhanced if we had more rhythm and structure. There are two elements here: Rest and work. "You shall labor 6 days".
