Wines of Scripture by Norman Kerr

Those who view the Lord's Supper as a real meal with the usual portions of food and drink might find themselves in a discussion about wine. 

I post this essay in order to generate discussion and possibly demonstrate that certain wines in scripture were not of an intoxicating nature. The word for wine literally means fruit of the vine in it's original.
