Your State's founder, William Penn, would heartily approve of your "1426" concept. He was happy to promote this non-traditional way among and beyond the Society of Friends. Long ago, before before any of us discovered America...

Thomas Jefferson, also born after Penn died, was a careful student of history and of government. He stated that William Penn was "the greatest lawgiver the world has produced."

Jefferson wrote this high praise in 1825 regarding Penn's founding Pennsylvania on principles of peace, reason, and religious freedom.

Jesus Christ - is he not the Lord of all life and learning? Even civil governments.
