Family is a great place to start. Go for it. That's a thousand times better than a church where Christ and his word are not honored. Unfortunately, there are many such operations out there. They need to reform or die.

It may be that the passages about church in one's house may refer to the Christians in the family and in the home.

If God places no minimum number to constitute a church - neither should we. Of course we desire to see it grow in numbers and in good influence. But this does not always happen overnight.
